Struggling to get your family onboard? This package includes 1 90 minute session with you and your loved ones to discuss ways to insert healthier habits into your busy lives. The conversation takes place via a recorded videoconference that will be sent to you following the call for continued reference.
Also included is ongoing email support for two weeks following the session.

This 30 minute block is great for a brief assessment of your current need, check-ins on goals, a reset on existing strategy or just when you need more time with me 1 on 1.
